In the sky, stars are much. Between those stars, there are 12 stars that are created by Allah SWT specially. Why are those stars so special? It’s caused those stars can show the characters of human. The names of those stars are zodiacs. Zodiacs are a group of stars that are crossed by ecliptic line in the sky. Zodiacs consist of Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces. Here the explanations about zodiacs and about perfect couple each of the zodiacs:
1. Aries: Aries is the first constellation in zodiacs that is crossed and arisen by the sun. Aries means “The Ram” or “Domba Jantan”. It had gold horn on its head. In the sky, Aries is between Taurus and Pisces with the head turn towards to Taurus. Aries is a ram that is sacrificed to Zeus and placed in the sky becomes a zodiac. Sun crosses and brightest to this star started at March, 21st- April, 19th. The perfect love for aries are Capricorn, Gemini, and Leo
2. Taurus: Taurus is the second constellation in zodiacs that is crossed and arisen by the sun. The star started at April, 20th- May, 20th. This constellation has a star that’s bigger than sun. Its name is Aldebaran. In the sky, Taurus is between Aries and Gemini with the face to Gemini. According to history, Zeus, the leader of gods in Greek mythology, turning him self became a bull to pick up his blind love, Europe to the Crete in order to he wasn’t known by his wife, Hera. Zeus showed his real self to Europe and married with her in Crete. After that, Zeus placed the bull in the sky among the zodiacs. The perfect love for Taurus are Libra, Leo, and Capricornus.
3. Gemini: Gemini is the third constellation in zodiacs after Taurus. Gemini means “The Twins” or “Kembar”. Gemini is started at May, 21st- June, 20th. Gemini is identified as Castor and Pollux. They were born in an egg from Zeus and Leda, the Queen of Sparta. Castor was mortal [tak abadi] same with Leda, and Pollux was immortal [abadi] same with Zeus. One day, Castor and Pollux met with another twins, but it was girl. Castor and Pollux fell in love with them. But the girls weren’t good, because a problem, each of them fought. Castor is killed by one of the girl, but Pollux was helped by his father, Zeus, to kill all of them with thunderbolts. Pollux was really sad because Castor was died, then he asked to his father to take his immortal, Zeus was sad to see that. Finally, Zeus placed Castor and Pollux in the sky as constellation Gemini among the zodiacs. The perfect love for Gemini are Aries, Taurus, Scorpio.
4. Cancer: Cancer is the fourth constellation after Gemini in zodiacs. It’s between Gemini and Leo. Cancer means “The Crab” or “Kepiting”. The crab’s created by Juno. He wanted to kill Hercules with this, when Hercules was doing his task to kill Hydra. When Hercules was attacking to Hydra, suddenly Hercules felt something that bit his foot. Hercules turned back and he saw a great crab, and then Hercules destroyed it angrily. Juno was disappointed with the crab, in his gratitude; Juno placed the crab as constellation among the zodiacs. It’s stared at June, 21st – July, 22nd. The perfect love for Cancer are Pisces, Aries, and Scorpio.
5. Leo: Leo is the fifth constellation in zodiacs after Cancer. It’s between Cancer and Virgo with the face to Cancer. Leo is identified as Namea Lion. It lived into the cave that had 2 gates and it had shown terrors to Namea people for long time.
Leo had a hard skin on its body. Leo couldn’t be to hurt by any weapon. One day, Hercules did the second task. That was to kill the Namea Lion. Hercules fought with Leo. Hercules’s weapons couldn’t hurt Leo. When Leo was tired, Hercules twisted his hands at Leo’s neck until it was died. Hercules cut Leo’s skin from its body with its claws, and then Hercules wearied it on his body. Leo started at July, 23rd – August, 22nd. The perfect love for Leo are Virgo, Aquarius, and Aries.
6. Virgo: Virgo is the sixth constellation in zodiacs after Leo. It’s between Leo and Libra. It’s the second largest constellation in the sky after constellation Hydra. Virgo is identified as Astraeia, the daughter from Astraeus [father of the stars] and Eos [goddess of dawn]. Astraeia was supposed to have alive on earth with human in golden age. It’s time of peace and happiness. But, when human knew about war and violence, Astraeia left the earth and flew up to the heaven and she swore that she would never to marry. Virgo means “The Virgin” or “Perawan”. It’s started at August, 23rd – September, 22nd. The perfect love for Virgo are Capricorn, Taurus, and Leo.
7. Libra: Libra is the seventh constellation in zodiacs after Virgo. It’s between Virgo and Scorpio. Libra means “The Scales” or “Timbangan”. It’s started at September, 23rd – October, 23rd. Libra is identified as Justicia, goddess of justice. Some mythologies say that was a mother from Astraeia [Virgo] and some opinions say that Libra is identified Astareia. This is the most one of zodiacs that’s not life creature. Libra is connected with the goddess of fair in Greek mythology. The perfect love for Libra are Pisces, Virgo, and Gemini.
8. Scorpio: Scorpio is the eighth constellation in zodiacs after Libra. It’s between Libra and Sagittarius. It had a connection with constellation Orion. Orion was the hunter from Boetia who was handsome and great. Orion fell in love to Aurora, the goddess of dawn. Orion swore would destroy all of wild animals on the earth and gave for Aurora as a gift. Apollo knew about Orion’s swore. Then, He sent a great scorpion to kill Orion. Aurora knew about that, and demanded to Diana, the goddess of hunter to rescued Orion. When Diana directed her bow to scorpion, suddenly Apollo came and made lost for Diana’s view until her bow killed Orion. Diana was really sad because she couldn’t give her promise for Aurora to kill scorpion. Diana placed Orion in the sky as constellation Orion, and Apollo placed the great scorpion in the sky as constellation Scorpio among the zodiacs with the position is attacking Orion. It’s started at October, 24th – November, 21st. The perfect love for Scorpio are Gemini, Pisces, and Leo.
9. Sagittarius: Sagittarius is the nineth constellation in zodiacs after Scorpio. It’s between Scorpio and Capricorn with the face to Scorpio. Sagittarius means “The Archer” or “Pemanah”. Sagittarius is identified as Cheiron. Cheiron was a centaur. A creature that had the top of body was a human and the bottom of body was horse. He was a son from Saturn who came from Phylira who was Oceanid. Unlike other centaurs that were wild and danger, Cheiron had a great ability than other centaurs. Some heroes were tried by him. For example: Achilles, Hercules, and etc. One day, Hercules came to Cheiron’s cave to visit him. Because there was a great problem that couldn’t be broken by them, Hercules and Cheiron fought each of them. Cheiron was helped by other centaurs. In that battle, Cheiron was attacked by Hercules’s poison bow. Although Cheiron was attacked by Hercules, he couldn’t be died because Cheiron was immortal [abadi]. In his life, he was very illness. So he requested to Zeus to take his mortal. Zeus didn’t do that. Zeus placed Cheiron in the sky as constellation Sagittarius among the zodiacs. It’s started November, 22nd – December, 21st. The perfect love for Sagittarius are Leo, Libra, and Taurus.
10. Capricorn: Capricorn is the tenth constellation in zodiacs after Sagittarius. It’s between Sagittarius and Aquarius with the face to Sagittarius. Capricorn means “The Sea Goat” or “Kambing Laut / Kambing Duyung”. Capricorn is a unique creature. It had a head and forelegs of goat and tail of fish. Capricorn is identified as Pan, god of countryside who had horn and legs of goat. When The Titans attacked Olympus [Monster Typhoon], Pan commanded all of gods disguised themselves as animals. Although Pan was an animal, he took refuge in a river, turning the lower part of his body into a fish. Zeus fought with Monster Typhoon, but Typhoon pulled out the sinews from Zeus’s hands and feet. Pan and Hermes got back and replaced the sinews to Zeus after they fought with Typhoon. Zeus cut down Typhoon with thunderbolts and finally buried him under Mount Etna in Sicily. In gratitude for these services, Zeus placed the image of Pan in the sky as constellation Capricorn among the zodiacs. It’s started at December, 22nd – January, 19th. The perfect love for Capricornus are Virgo, Taurus, and Gemini.
11. Aquarius: Aquarius is the eleventh constellation in zodiacs after Capricorn. It’s between Capricorn and Pisces with the face to Pisces. Aquarius means “The Water Carrier” or “Pembawa Air”. Aquarius is identified as Ganymede. He was a man who had beautiful face as a woman who ever life. He was a son from King Tros. One day, Ganymede was watching over his father’s sheep, Zeus became infatuated with the shepherd boy and swooped down on the Trojan plain in form an eagle, carrying Ganymede to Olympus or an alternative version, Zeus sent an eagle to do it for him. The eagle is commemorated in the neighboring constellation of Aquila. It’s started at January, 20th – February, 18th. The perfect love for Aquarius are Gemini, Cancer, and Sagittarius.
12. Pisces: Pisces is the last constellation or the twelfth constellation in zodiacs after Aquarius. It’s between Aquarius and Aries. Pisces means “The Fishes” or “Ikan-ikan / 2 ikan”. Pisces is identified as Aphrodite and her son Eros [Greek] or Venus and Cupid [Roman]. When monster Typhoon attacked Olympus, Aphrodite and her son took a place in the river bank at Euphrates, but when Typhoon was closer than before, Aphrodite was fearer than before. She kept Eros in her hugeness and she called for a help to water Nymphs and took refuge in Euphrates River and turning themselves became fishes that their tail were joined by a cord. It’s started at February, 19th – March, 20th. The perfect love for Pisces are Cancer, Leo, and Scorpio.
